Aptly titled, the "Lodge" is set in the tranquility of 6 acres of beautiful tree-lined gardens.
 At the entrance you are warmly greeted by huge kumquat trees, forming a magnificent hedge with walk-through archway into the main feature garden. Guests are encouraged to harvest the fruit from the kumquats, which fruit all year round.
Throughout the property the combination of sixteen enormous palm trees that reach towards the sky, the stone walled garden beds and the many species of trees create a calming ambience, not usually found in the hustle and bustle of today.
You will find yourself wanting to spend plenty of quiet time just sitting in or wandering through these gardens.
The ample acreage allows for a number of recreational activities for families and children in a secure and safe environment (e.g. kicking a ball, throwing a Frisbee, playing a spot of cricket). Or you can simply stroll around and enjoy the various brightly coloured parrots and pheasants in their enclosures. Enjoy the company of chickens, goats, sheep and the fish (in the wishing well).
